Everything hosts and event planners ask before booking The Pour Tour, a woman-owned luxury mobile bar based in Katy and serving all of Greater Houston. From pricing and deposits to who brings the alcohol, here are the answers.
Pricing & Booking
How much does a mobile bar cost in Houston?
Our packages start at $900 for The Classic, $1,100 for The Signature and $1,350 for The Experience, plus a per-guest bar supplies fee of $6, $8 or $10. Each includes up to 3 hours of bar service; extra hours are $200 each. A 20% service charge is added to your subtotal.
What's included in each package?
Every package includes a mobile bar, a custom drink menu, a 30-minute consultation, setup and breakdown, ice, cups, straws, napkins, barware and liability insurance. The Signature adds two signature cocktails or mocktails with fresh garnishes; The Experience adds a third, upgraded disposable barware and any of our 13 bars.
What does the 20% service charge cover?
Our 20% service charge covers event planning and coordination, setup and breakdown, and staffing. It is not a tip. Gratuity for your bar team is always appreciated.
How do I book, and what's the deposit?
Submit your event details through our inquiry form and book a discovery call with Caitlin. A signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit secure your date, and the remaining 75% is due one week before your event.
How far in advance should we book?
As far ahead as possible. Dates fill up early, including next year's calendar, so booking early is the best way to make sure we're available on your date.
Drinks & the Bar
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. The Pour Tour is a dry-hire mobile bar: you buy the alcohol and we handle the rest. We'll send a shopping list based on your menu, guest count and hours, and our TABC-certified team serves every pour.
What drinks can you serve?
Custom signature cocktails and mocktails, built around your event and theme. We also offer specialty dirty soda, hot cocoa and hot apple cider bars. Inquire for pricing.
Can we have an all-mocktail bar?
Absolutely. Mocktails are available with any package at the same price, since fresh juice, fruit and garnishes still go into every drink.
Events & Service Area
What types of events do you serve?
Corporate events, brand activations and company holiday parties, plus private celebrations like milestone and 1st birthdays, baby and bridal showers, Friendsgiving and Christmas parties.
Where are you based, and what areas do you serve?
We're based in Katy (5342 East 5th Street, Suite 500, Katy, TX 77493) and serve all of Greater Houston, including Houston, Fulshear, Cypress, The Woodlands, Spring, Missouri City, Sugar Land and Pearland. Travel within Greater Houston is included; a travel fee applies outside it.
Add-ons & The Brewed Pour
What add-ons are available?
Elevated Touches include upgraded drinkware from $3 per guest, a custom acrylic bar menu from $200, custom acrylic drink stirrers or tags from $4.50 each, and canned coffee and mocktails from $350. Pricing varies by design and quantity.
Do you offer canned lattes?
Yes, through our sister brand, The Brewed Pour: Houston canned lattes and matcha made with house-made syrups. They're $12 per can with a 25-can minimum, plus a delivery fee based on your location.
